La situation exceptionnelle au pied des aiguilles, le calme, la propreté générale et le fait qu'elle soit respectée par les campeurs. Les sanitaires luxueux et très régulièrement entretenus. La musique douce dans ces sanitaires. La gentillesse du personnel d'accueil et d'entretien, ainsi que lors d'achats à la boutique. La gratuité et la fréquence des bus permettant de se passer de la voiture pour visiter et randonner au sein d'un large espace. Un camping respectueux de ses campeurs, et en retour des campeurs respectueux de "leur" camping.
Conforme à ce que nous souhaitions pour 2 personnes. Accès facile avec une caravane. Bien équipé (borne électrique et point d'eau à proximité immédiate).

Très bel espace sanitaire. Camping bien situé . Pass transport gratuit appréciable.
Honteux d’avoir uniquement accès à la piscine sur réservation l’après-midi et que 45minutes. Pas à la hauteur d’un 4 étoiles ni du prix demandé. Si je paie un camping avec piscine et 4 étoiles, c’est pour pouvoir me baigner quand je veux .Surtout s’il fait très chaud ! Le personnel répond que ce système est fait pour que les campeurs ne soient pas serrés, mais c’est au gérant d’adapter le nombre de piscines ou le nom re de réservations qu’il accepte. Il y avait aussi beaucoup d’attentes aux douches. Bref ce n’est pas normal de payer si cher pour ca ! Très déçue !

Pas de vue sur les montagne. Loin de tous les services ( piscine, réception, epicerie...) et grande pente à monter pour y accéder.
Lieber Gast, unsere Regelungen am Pool wurden Ihnen bereits im März mitgeteilt, und sind auch auf unserer Homepage ersichtlich, warum Sie dann bei uns buchen, verstehen wir nicht Dass Sie nicht lesen und vor Allem nicht verstehen; dass in einem so kleinen Pool nur eine maximal Personenzahl erlaubt und auch uns vorgeschrieben wird. Dies damit die Versicherung bezahlt, sollte es zu einem Unfall kommen, das müssen wir einhalten, anderes können wir uns nicht leisten. Und für einen ganzen Tag am Wasser gibt es in unmittelbarer Nähe den Völser Weiher, auch das wurde Ihnen mitgeteilt

Platz hat leider etwas wenig Schatten, was für die Hitze im Sommer mit Kindern nicht ganz so praktisch ist, besonders, weil man sich nicht hinstellen darf, wie man möchte, sondern es genaue Stellregeln gibt

Öffnungszeiten des Shops (ein Getränkeautomat wäre toll), teilweise ist die Entfernung zum Waschhaus sehr weit, vielleicht am Pool eine Möglichkeit schaffen?

Danke für Ihr Feedback. Die Öffnugnszeiten des Shops in der Hauptferienzeit sind auf das möglichste ausgedehnt: 7.30 -11.15+ u 15.00-19.30 + Sonntag von 7.30 -11 Uhr, hier sollte man genug Zeit finden, zum Einkaufen.. dazwischen und nach Öffnungszeiten benötigen wir Zeit zum Auffüllen, Einräumen und Putzen, denn unser Shop ist kein großer Supermarkt, der viel Platz in den Regalen hat..

The campsite itself is absolutely beautiful and exceptionally well maintained. The grounds are spotless, the facilities are clean, and it is clear that a lot of care and effort goes into keeping everything in excellent condition. It is a lovely place to stay and enjoy nature in a peaceful environment.
Unfortunately, the reception felt cold and impersonal, more like checking into a hotel than arriving at a welcoming campsite. Camping should feel warm and friendly, but that was missing. We also found the pool policy difficult to understand. Guests are limited to just one 45-minute session in the afternoon. When temperatures are well above 30°C, this restriction is frustrating, as the pool is one of the few places to cool down and relax during the hottest part of the day.
The pitch was exactly what you would expect from a campsite: spacious, clean, and well maintained. It was great to have a water connection directly at the pitch, which made our stay even more convenient and comfortable.
The only point of criticism is that the reception staff did not really take the time to consider which pitch would best suit our camping setup. A little more thought and advice would have been appreciated.

Very nice camping, perfectly maintained, perfect bathing building. At a very good location to explore the area.
Just very little green (grass) to play on for the kids, at the pitch itself as well as at the playground, where there are just wood chips. Also, it would be a lot better if cars would be mandatory to park at a separate car park, now all pitches and streets on the campsite are crowded with cars, which also drive back and forth the entire day.

Lieber Gast, unsere Reservierungs- Stornoregelungen werden allen Gästen 3x schriftlich mitgeteilt, und natürlich werden diese dann entsprechend angewandt, überhaubt bei kurzfristigen Stornierungen Verbindlichkeiten gelten immer auf beiden Seiten, sonst macht eine Reservierung keinen Sinn

A campsite in a wonderful location. There are many tourist attractions nearby. The Völser Weiher lake is great for a relaxing day.
I really miss a small bar at the campsite, where you can start your daily hike after having a croissant and a coffee in the morning. And in the evening you can relax with a drink while watching the World Cup final, for example. Well, on the day of the World Cup final, Sunday, everything was closed at the campsite. It felt strange, as if Italy had denied that such a world event was happening...
There was some shade during the day, and the view of the mountains was fantastic.
There was a road running alongside the pitch, which was very busy in the morning and late afternoon/evening. So this pitch was less private.
Thank you for your feedback. It’s a shame you didn’t check our website beforehand to find out about our holiday complex and its facilities. Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 7 am, so playing football wouldn’t have been possible anyway.

Einfach ein toller Platz. Die Anlage war sauber und gepflegt. Ebenso wie der gesamte Sanitärbereich. Unglaublich freundliches Personal an der Rezeption. Wir würden hier jederzeit wieder buchen!
Der Weg zum Waschhhaus von den hinteren Plätzen war weit. Im Grunde nicht so schlimm, fände aber zumindest ein kleines weiteres Toilettenhaus im hinteren Teil des Platzes von Vorteil. Nur deswegen würde ich hier beim Komfort ein paar Punkte abziehen.
Unser Platz war toll gelegen. Wir hatten einen fantastischen Ausblick Der Platz war ausreichend groß

Why wasn't that possible? The pool is open to everyone from 9 a.m. to 12 a.m., and for adults additionally from 8 a.m. to 9 a.m. and from 7 p.m. to 8 p.m. ? From 2:30 p.m. to 7 p.m. by reservation.

I understand that it is needed to reserve a spot at the swimming pool but often there were not 40 people in the swimming pool. Hope there is a better solution in the future.

Thanks for your feedback, of course it’s difficult, because not everyone stays in the water for that long, but the 40 people do rotate once the time is up. Unfortunately, the guests don’t understand this and stay in there longer

Verblijf op een A plek, zijn de goedkoopste plekken. Een plek aan de voorzijde betaal je voor het uitzicht.
Toegang tot het zwembad, je moet een dag vooraf reserveren. De pizza automaten, maak een afhaal mogelijkheid. Eventueel uitbreiden met snacks, patat enz.
Prima standplaats, ondergrond met fijne kiezel. Netjes onderhouden. De camper kon niet op de aangewezen plek staan, makelijk kunnen wijzigen naar een andere.

Das mit der pool Regelung. Ist immer schwierig ein zeit auszumachen wenn man nicht weiß wann man vom wandern zurück ist.
Wir hatten ein schattiges Plätze super im Sommer.
Ein Spiegel in der Einfahrt zu den Stellplätzen damit man sieht ob jemand entgegen kommt. Mit Wohnwagen rückfährs fahren schwierig.

Die Aussicht auf die Dolomiten war atemberaubend. Auch der Wanderweg neben dem Campingplatz für die ausgiebigen Hundespaziergänge war sehr schön, gerade bei heißem Wetter. Die Quelle auf dem Weg war jedes Mal ein Highlight für uns und unseren Hund. Das Dolomitenbad auf dem Platz war der absolute Traum. Alles sehr sauber und ausreichend Platz.
Es gibt nichts zu beanstanden, außer vielleicht die Öffnungszeiten von dem Shop. Diese könnten - gerade über die Mittagszeit - eventuell verbessert werden. Ist aber nicht wirklich eine Beanstandung.
Der Stellplatz hat genug Platz für unseren Wohnwagen, das Vorzelt und unser Auto gehabt.
Bei Starkregen gab es ein kleines Problem mit eintretendem Regenwasser in unserem Vorzelt. Eventuell könnte man hier noch einen kleinen Ablauf am Platz nachbessern.
